Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program

New River Community Health Care Center and the Florida Department of Health in Union County

Keeping the Pressure Down is a FREE eight-lesson group education program designed to help persons at risk for high blood pressure as well as those who already have this condition, make health lifestyle choices to lower their blood pressure and reduce their health risks. Program participants will receive practical tips and resources for incorporating healthy practices into their everyday lives as well as learn how to implement strategies for changing eating and exercise habits to reduce their blood pressure and other related health risks.
